Divorce (includes cross-border divorce), Separation Deed

 
Service includes :
  • Drafting separation deed

  • Decree nisi & decree absolute (both parties need not appear at court)

Fee :
  • Drafting separation deed - $2,500
  • Simple case (agreed by both parties, no kid, no dispute) - $4,800 (includes court fee)

Bankruptcy, Certificate of Discharge

 
Service includes :
  • Filling in all forms
  • Petitioning for bankruptcy
  • Sending letters to creditors

Fee :
  • Petitioning for bankruptcy - $14,000 (simple case, court fee & Official Receiver fee included)

  • Collecting Certificate of Registrar from the Marriage Registry
